How It Works?

From sign-up to your first sale, here’s the simple process to join LVSL and unlock VIP access.

01. Sign Up

Complete your reseller application form at lvsl.ai/for-sellers. Once you submit, our team reviews your details and emails you to schedule an onboarding call.

If you already submitted, please be aware of your inbox for our email so we can continue onboarding and get you started. We are starting the onboarding process in September 24th 2025.

02. Receive Your VIP Access Code

After onboarding, you’ll receive a private VIP access code that unlocks live-seller pricing and members-only collections. This code is unique to you—please do not share or publish it. If you believe your code has been compromised, contact us and we will issue a new one.

03. Make Your First Buy

Browse curated pallets with clear details such as brand mix, condition notes, and estimated MSRP. Inventory is updated regularly, so check back often. Add products to your cart and secure your first buy with confidence.

04. Payment

Checkout is fast, secure, and reliable. We accept all major credit cards and Shop Pay Installments (buy now, pay later in flexible installments). At checkout, simply add pallets to your cart, enter payment information, and choose delivery residential or commercial. Lift-gate service is available if needed.

05. Fulfillment & Tracking

Once your order is placed, our team begins the fulfillment process. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with all the details, followed by a tracking number to monitor your shipment 24/7. Typical handling time is 1–3 business days.

06. Buy Again

Open, sort, and list your new inventory, then come back for more. We’re glad to welcome you as part of the LVSL family. Re-buy and restock regularly, and ask us about standing orders for your preferred categories and sizes.
